Tutoring
Malcolm has been a professional artist for many years, during which he has taught at undergraduate level for the University of Hull Lifelong learning centre.
Additionally he has run evening classes for the North Yorkshire Education and Library service.
From this back ground he has gone on to establish ‘My Art Club’ an art club aimed at providing a friendly, secure environment in which to further members art skills, this meets on Monday evening through out the school year.
Malcolm is educated to MA level in Fine art and has a professional associateship with the Society for All Artists ( SAA). He recently passed a City and Guilds course on Teaching in the life long sector.
There is also the facility for private tuition on a one to one basis or to other small groups.
The areas that malcolm can assist in are Drawing, in all mediums. Acrylic painting, and lessons in methods and materials of art.
Malcolm is a keen semi professional photographer and can teach from the basics of digital photography through to post shoot editing in packages such as Photoshop.
